Ecommerce Inventory & Procurement Specialist
About The Position
PetMD is a growing multibrand ecommerce company selling across Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, TikTok, and other marketplaces. We are seeking an Ecommerce Inventory & Procurement Specialist to support and gradually take ownership of inventory planning, allocation, and fulfillment execution across multiple sales channels. This role sits at the center of our operations and is responsible for ensuring the right products are available across all sales channels while coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams. Over time, this position will expand to include procurement management and supplier coordination across multiple brands and product lines.
Requirements
- Experience managing inventory in an ecommerce environment
- Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
- Understanding of forecasting, lead times, and multichannel inventory dynamics
- Extremely comfortable working in spreadsheets and inventory systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work onsite in Odessa, FL part of the week
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Chewy, Walmart Marketplace, or TikTok Shop
- Experience with Cin7 Core or other ERP/WMS systems
- Experience with multi-brand private label CPG portfolios
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sales forecasts across channels to guide purchasing and replenishment decisions
- Coordinate inbound shipments and resolve shipping/fulfillment issues within Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Chewy, and TikTok
- Help allocate shared inventory across brands and channels to avoid stockouts or overstock
- Support onsite warehouse accuracy and visibility
- Maintain accurate inventory data and internal reporting (Cin7 Core – WMS)
- Proactively flag risks and propose practical solutions
