Your role as a Ecommerce Director As the Ecommerce Director at Phil Long Ford of Motor City, you will be the linchpin of all digital initiatives, forging strong partnerships with advertising agencies, third-party vendors, and internal leaders. Your mission will be to evaluate, implement, and optimize digital campaigns and website performance that elevate our brand. Dive deep into auditing advertising effectiveness, refining SEO/SEM strategies, and enhancing merchandising while fortifying our social reputation and Internet/BDC sales processes. By identifying inefficiencies and maximizing ROI, you will play a critical role in driving monthly sales objectives. As a brand ambassador, you'll benchmark against competitors, train in-store teams, and foster continuous improvement. Your data-driven insights and collaboration with the General Manager and key stakeholders will ensure that we not only meet but exceed expectations in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Requirements
