Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Basic Computer skills
Proficient communication skills
Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
Strong attention to detail
Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and communicating through email
Previous employment in computer related job
Experience in troubleshooting PC related hardware, and a good understanding of Windows 11

Responsibilities

Respond to customer service messages from online marketplaces via email, phone or chat
Provide first line technical support for ECOM based customers when contacted by phone, email, or chat
Work with ECOM and EPC Services teams in RMA and repair situations to ensure efficient processing
Creating/activating product listings online and updating inventory quantities for all platforms through inventory management software (Amazon, NewEgg, Shopify, Redeployment)
Provide backup for ECOM order fulfillment, and customer returns using EPC invoicing software as needed
Other duties as assigned by department supervisor.
