They are seeking an eCommerce Channel Manager responsible for Division-wide digital shelf performance, analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and content operations across all eCommerce retailers. This role involves building and maintaining KPI dashboards, executing A/B testing, monitoring search visibility and digital shelf health, and leading content audit/correction workflows. The position supports the eCommerce Director’s strategic vision and provides National Account Managers with actionable insights to grow retailer-specific revenue and profitability. The job covers all categories within the ITW Automotive Aftermarket Group, including Car Care, Tire Repair, Engine Repair, and Body Repair. This position is based remotely from home.
