Requirements

• Basic math and communication skills.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• High school diploma (or GED).
• 1–3 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately shop, organize, and collect products to fulfill customer orders.
• Own the shipping process by expertly packing, labeling, and prepping materials for delivery.
• Use attention to detail and basic tech skills to tackle projects, resolve order questions with leadership, and meet deadlines.
• Help coach and give feedback to teammates to improve team performance.
