The Cloud Administrator associate will provide support to our teams developing business applications that support the SCHEELS website at the corporate office in Fargo, ND. As a potential future employee owner at Scheels, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a world-class and fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with infrastructure-focused teams to implement infrastructure solutions leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Monitor CDN, WAF, on-prem, and cloud-based infrastructure to support our online business
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the overall stability and availability of resources
  • Document workflows, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot daily operations, programs and system problems
  • Design, maintain, and monitor automated data pipelines to support reliable data ingestion and transformation workflow
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Strong communication skills with vendor partners and keeping the office informed of changes and events
