The role of an ECO Analyst is responsible for driving effective Engineering Change Order (ECO) execution across the organization while ensuring data integrity, procedural compliance, and efficient system integration. The position serves as a key change management partner, supporting accurate documentation, system alignment, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Job Description: Ensure ECOs are audited for conformity to standard operation procedures and within the system rules of Enovia and SAP master data. Advise on best practices for documenting changes on new and existing products. Ensure data integrity between systems (PLM, ERP, MES, etc) throughout the change cycle. Lead continuous improvement efforts of ECO and other related practices. Analyze and track ECO submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation. Analyze ECOs for system/business impacts, material dispositions, and optimal execution strategy. Help with training ECO writers and approvers on Corporate ECO standard Subject matter expert for ECO, PLM applications and processes.
