About The Position
This role involves operating and monitoring ECMO equipment, assessing patient response, troubleshooting complications, and collaborating with critical care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience required
- Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions
- Certificates Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- SC RN State License Required
- ECMO specialty device course and required CMEs to maintain proficiency
- Minimum 1 year EPIC Charting System Experience Required
- ECMO Specialist experience required
- Trauma Level I & II Experience Required
- Need both PEDs and Adult experience
- Must have ECMO Specialist experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous Charge Experience Preferred Not Required
- Teaching Hospital Experience Preferred Not Required
- Community Hospital Experience Preferred Not Required
- LTAC Experience Preferred Not Required
- Travel Experience Required: No, Note: ONLY with previous ECMO Specialist experience
