About The Position

Perform complex diagnostic imaging studies by skillfully maneuvering transducers and selecting precise technical parameters to capture the clearest possible clinical picture. Identify critical pathologies and anatomical structures in real-time to provide radiologists with the high-quality data necessary for life-saving diagnoses. Guide patients through their exams by ensuring comfortable positioning and clear communication, maintaining a safe and empathetic environment throughout the procedure. Optimize the diagnostic workflow by meticulously validating image quality and patient history in PACS, ensuring the medical team has immediate access to accurate records. Uphold rigorous safety and quality control standards to ensure every procedure complies with regulatory requirements and provides the highest level of patient protection.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular CredentialingInternational (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
