About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or occupational experience in cardiac sonography or a related field
- At least 2 years of full-time experience as a registered sonographer
- Proven experience in curriculum development and program assessment
- Strong knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Certified, registered, and/or licensed in cardiac sonography or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Echocardiography program , including curriculum, faculty, and operations
- Supervise and support instructional staff across classroom and clinical environments
- Drive continuous program improvement through planning, evaluation, and innovation
- Ensure compliance with institutional, state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with campus leadership to improve student outcomes, completion rates, and job placement
- Facilitate advisory board meetings to maintain industry alignment and relevance
- Recruit, interview, and onboard faculty aligned with program goals
- Support student recruitment and retention efforts
- Oversee student orientation and faculty training initiatives
- Partner with administration to maintain accurate academic records and program documentation
