About The Position

Catholic Health Physician Practices is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Echo Technologist to perform high-quality echocardiographic studies and support accurate cardiac diagnoses. The role is part of a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care. The position pays USD $49.78–$64.87 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• ARDMS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with direct patient care.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift or move patients and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms, including M-Mode, 2D, Doppler, and stress echo studies.
• Analyze and calculate cardiac measurements, such as ejection fraction and valve gradients.
• Identify normal and abnormal cardiac structures and function.
• Prepare and position patients and clearly explain procedures.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation.
• Maintain equipment and exam room cleanliness.
• Enter and transmit data into clinical systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and assist with contrast administration as needed.
