About The Position
Join our team as a day-shift, full-time, Pediatric Echo Tech in Albuquerque, NM. Lovelace Women’s Hospital has 120 licensed beds, including a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Requirements
- Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program and/or ARDMS- or CCI-registered.
- Basic computer skills.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a lab performing pediatric echocardiography imaging.
- ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCCS or RCS) or equivalent registered or eligible.
- Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire.
- Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing ultrasound imaging of patient’s heart for assisting physicians with the diagnosis of patient.
- Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
