Requirements

  • Experienced in software training, implementation, customer onboarding, learning and development, or related roles
  • Highly knowledgeable in the Echelon platform and passionate about helping others succeed with technology
  • Exceptional communicator capable of explaining complex concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner
  • Skilled at building relationships and establishing credibility with stakeholders across all levels of an organization
  • Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and capable of documenting processes, workflows, and system functionality with clarity and precision
  • Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training environments
  • Strong problem solver who can adapt training approaches to meet diverse customer needs
  • Effective at managing timelines, priorities, and project milestones in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel to customer locations as needed throughout the implementation process

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end training and adoption strategy for new Echelon customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Development and maintenance of learning content, training documentation, and LMS-based educational resources across the Echelon platform
  • Creation and management of implementation roadmaps that align training milestones with customer onboarding goals
  • Customer-facing meetings to establish expectations, timelines, success metrics, and implementation milestones
  • On-site customer visits to evaluate existing workflows, understand operational challenges, and tailor training approaches accordingly
  • Delivery of engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for users across multiple departments and levels of the organization
  • Creation of follow-up resources and reinforcement materials to support long-term knowledge retention and user success
  • Collaboration with Echelon Subject Matter Experts to continuously improve training content and documentation
  • Partnership with Development teams to document new features, product enhancements, and system rollouts
  • Communication of system updates and training initiatives to ensure customers remain informed and successful
  • Identification of customer improvement opportunities and future enhancement needs through ongoing consultation and feedback
  • Continuous refinement of training methodologies that improve user adoption, implementation success, and customer satisfaction
