The ECEAP classroom Paraprofessional assists the Lead Paraprofessional in providing a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that will provide for the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of children in care. Under the guidance of the Lead Paraprofessional, this position makes one-on-one contact with children, parents, and Winlock students, providing developmentally appropriate guidance and practices. The position is responsible for supporting compliance with Licensing, Early Achievers, and the early childhood component of the ECEAP Performance Standards.
