The ECE Program Managers play a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating high-impact educational initiatives at one of the nation's leading nonprofit theatres. Reporting to the Chief Education Programs Officer, this role’s primary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of education partnerships for adults that align with the theater’s mission and its goals to provide equity and access. This portfolio includes Alley’s programs designed for business professionals/organizations, evolving Arts in Health Programs designed for both patients and caregivers, and all classes and workshops designed for adults. ECE Program Managers are responsible for meeting programmatic revenue targets, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering meaningful arts education experiences to schools, educators, and community members across the region.
