eBilling Specialist
About The Position
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for an eBilling Specialist to be based in our Orlando, Tampa, or Miami offices. This position is responsible for overseeing firm-wide eBilling. The successful candidate will coordinate with Billing Analysts and other firm personnel to ensure new clients and matters are set up correctly on the required eBilling platform. Primary duties include managing the electronic invoice submission process through payment, while tracking exclusions and appeals, deadlines, etc. This position requires a detail-oriented person with excellent critical thinking skills and multi-tasking abilities to support a fast-paced, professional environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of billing experience in a law firm.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with law firm billing software.
- Experience with third-party eBilling software.
