Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Familiarity with the EB-5 Program
Professionalism, positive attitude, perseverance, mental toughness, and initiative in the face of challenges
Strong Investor Relations skills, including relationship management and investor communication

Nice To Haves

Solid Finance and Investments knowledge, with the ability to explain EB-5 structures and project economics
Extensive knowledge of the EB-5 space, including regional center compliance, targeted economic areas (TEAs), and I-526E/I-829 filings
Bilingual in either Hindi, Chinese, or Vietnamese
Series 7/63/65 licensing
Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities to assess project feasibility and investment performance
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Experience in immigration-related investments, private equity, or real estate development is beneficial

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with prospective EB-5 investors
Respond to inquiries
Provide clear updates on project status and immigration milestones
Prepare investor communications
Market EB-5 USA's services
Coordinate documentation for investments
Liaise with internal teams and external partners such as immigration attorneys and project sponsors
Address investor concerns promptly
Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems
