The kitchen is the heart of our shop, and as an Eatery Line Cook, you will work directly under Chef Judson Branch, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic culinary environment.

Requirements

• Experience in limited/full-service restaurant is desired.
• Good understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
• Positive attitude.
• Willing to perform multiple jobs throughout the day.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Standing for extended periods during each shift.
• Lifting up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, cooking, and finishing all pizza, sandwiches, caterings, and ready-made meals.
• Cooking and preparing all menu items with assistance from the lead cook and chef.
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.
• Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Maintaining professional and positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
