About The Position

ASAHI BEER USA is building a portfolio of premium beverage brands in the U.S., led by our flagship, Asahi Super Dry. As part of Asahi Europe & International — a global beverage company with 19 production facilities across 8 countries and over 11,000 colleagues worldwide — we're bringing a challenger mindset to how we grow in this market, backed by the scale and resources of an established global brewer. The Division Director drives sales volume, distributor development, and key account growth across a multi-state Division. This is a high-accountability, largely independent role for a self-starter who thrives building distributor relationships and owning results — from execution on the ground to full P&L outcomes for the Division.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience, including managing distributors, key accounts, and people
• University/college degree
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with Nielsen and VIP
• Effective communicator and presenter, proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to travel 25–50% within the Division, with limited travel for company meetings

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of consumer goods sales experience to retail or chain accounts, ideally within the beer industry
• A genuine passion for premium imported beer

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sales programs with distributor teams to close distribution gaps and grow availability, velocity, and volume
• Run at least 2 distributor work-withs monthly with field sales reps, key account managers, and leadership
• Own execution and financial outcomes for your Division, including P&L targets, budgets, and KPI delivery
• Compose and deliver periodic Business Reviews and Annual Business Plans directly to distributor partners
• Lead and develop your Division team — including monthly sell/skill-development days and bi-weekly check-ins with direct reports
