Join Dairyland Power Cooperative in a role that enables you to work with landowners, local governments and internal crews to secure the land rights and agreements needed to build and maintain electric infrastructure. You would negotiate easements, leases and permits, sort through property records, support project layouts and work through issues like landowner concerns or damage claims. It is a role for someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, manage tough conversations and balance field coordination with detailed office work. For the right person, it is a chance to step into meaningful, visible work that directly supports reliable power service across the communities Dairyland serves! Are you ready to join an organization where we focus on People First, have fun at work and make a difference in what we do? Dairyland is proud of our People First culture centered around appreciation, celebrating wins and collaboration. We’ve worked hard to ensure alignment between our culture and our processes and systems, learning and development and rewards and recognition programs. As a team, we work together to leverage the team’s diverse perspectives, ideas and experiences to deliver nothing less than the best. We are collaborative, transparent and committed to our People and their work experience, growth and professional development. The Right of Way Agent will work to learn the various disciplines of the Right-of-Way project lifecycle. Position will focus on Right-of-Way acquisitions, purchase and sale of lands and land rights, negotiation of difficult leases, development and maintenance of public relations and assist in management of existing Cooperative-owned lands and rights of way.
