About The Position

This role focuses on estimating costs for earthwork and site development projects. The estimator will be responsible for maintaining industry knowledge, resolving cost discrepancies, and obtaining accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish cost estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Civil Engineering program or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of basic estimating principles
• Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
• Autocad experience is important

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 3 years' of construction experience preferred
• Preferably with HCSS Software experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
• Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
