Position Summary: Pennwood Cyber Charter School seeks Pennsylvania-certified educators who are responsible for delivering high-quality virtual instruction to students in assigned grades and subject areas. Working from home offices in Pennsylvania, our teachers manage instructional programming using the Learning Management System, telephone, internet, curriculum tools, and synchronous and asynchronous teaching practices. Teachers communicate regularly with students and Learning Coaches, monitor progress, provide timely feedback, maintain accurate records, and adapt instruction to strengthen understanding and engagement. Our teachers collaborate with colleagues, school leaders, counseling and engagement teams, and other staff to help students successfully complete their educational programs and support the continued success of Pennwood’s cyber learning program.
