This position is a 24 month (4 x 6 month) rotational program with exposure to a variety of product groups within Digital Channels. The associate will have exposure to diverse experiences to provide an opportunity for growth, development and an understanding of the business. Customer Platforms team is offering in-person opportunities in Mount Laurel, NJ . Interns will be required to be in-office 4 days a week. Depth & Scope: Develops expertise within Digital Channels Develops strong relationship management skills, partnering with stakeholders across the organization Leverages digital and online experiences in a business environment using analytical and problem solving skills Continuously enhances knowledge/expertise and remains current with leading-edge digital technologies and trends to support product strategy and development Demonstrates the qualities within our leadership profile such as making an impact and delivering results in both the short and long term
