About The Position

As an Early Preschool Teacher at the Primrose School of Old Bridge, you'll be the architect of joyous learning experiences for children aged 2 to 3 years old. You will create a fun, safe environment for little ones who are constantly on the move. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, you’ll help lay the foundation for the school setting as children navigate a classroom environment, build their motor skills and grow their vocabulary. You will spend your days building genuine relationships with each child. Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum. Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them. Spark imagination through multi-sensory activities that ignite curiosity and excitement in our little learners. Cultivate a secure and welcoming space where children feel empowered to explore, learn, and grow. Foster healthy habits and motor skills development through playful exercises and activities. Build meaningful relationships with each child, celebrating their uniqueness and milestones every step of the way. Requirements

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
