This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a quick and efficient checkout experience. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance to ensure a well-organized store. The team member will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interact positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
