Early Morning Stocking & Planogram Team
About The Position
This role is responsible for completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises. Team members will help customers, provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, engage customers on loyalty programs, and educate them on surveys. The position also involves participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery and maintenance, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required. Team members are expected to interact respectfully, remain positive, and promote the organization's vision and values. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production may also be required, along with other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store.
- Maintain store recovery standards.
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
