This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also involves participating in truck unloads, stocking, planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, and supporting safety and shrink programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact positively with others, and maintain a commitment to the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
