About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking two Early Childhood Teachers to support a preschool program within an Illinois elementary school for the 2026
2027 school year. These are full-time positions in a blended classroom setting, offering an opportunity to provide developmentally appropriate instruction and support the early academic, social, and emotional growth of young learners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Early Childhood endorsement

Nice To Haves

• LBS1 endorsement preferred, but not required
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons
• Facilitate classroom activities
• Establish effective routines
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment
• Work with school staff to address student needs
• Encourage participation and independence
• Support foundational skills that prepare children for continued academic success
• Collaboration with educators and other school personnel
• Observation of student development
• Adjustment of instruction based on individual learning needs
• Use hands-on activities and engaging classroom experiences to promote learning and development
