Early Learning Center Teacher Aide
About The Position
This position is an integral part of our childcare team, supporting the lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. The role will involve assisting in daily activities, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and ensuring the well-being of all children under your care. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and work well with young children and families challenged by economic and social problems and of varying racial/ethnic backgrounds.
- Commitment to collaborative classroom teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
