About The Position

Young Interventions, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Early Intervention Specialist to work with infants and toddlers with or at risk of developing developmental disabilities in North San Diego County. The role involves implementing personalized, family-focused treatment programs using a Routines-Based Parent Coaching Model to help children reach developmental milestones. Services will primarily be provided in client homes, with potential for virtual sessions. The position requires home visits within Fallbrook, San Marcos, Escondido, Vista, Valley Center, Encinitas, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Pala Mesa, and surrounding areas, with an effort to center caseloads around preferred locations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required (Child Development, Psychology, or related field).
Solid knowledge of basic stages of Infant / Toddler Child Development.
Minimum of 1-year experience working with children 0-5 years.
Hold a valid Driver's License.
Have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various home-based sites throughout the day (within 30 mile radius).
Maintain current Vehicle Insurance & Registration.
Maintain current CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult).
Have current TB.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Children with Special Needs is preferred.
Ability to speak and read fluently in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin is desired.

Responsibilities
