About The Position
The Early Intervention Specialist provides in-home services to the families of infants and toddlers (0 to age 3) who have developmental delays. Caseload is built up gradually depending on referrals and your schedule. Pay DOE $20-$28 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible! Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Hold a valid driver’s License with a good driving record, maintain current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
- Pass complete Live Scan fingerprinting and background check procedure

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one intervention, maintaining weekly in-person visits to provide complete early intervention services; schedule with the families
- Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines
- Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development, for each individual child utilizing best practices.
- Maintain confidential client records/files. Log all phone and face-to-face contacts with the family and their Service Coordinator
