About The Position
People Incorporated is seeking a passionate Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic, family-centered team. This part-time role focuses on supporting children (birth to 3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments, including homes, daycares, and the community. The position offers a chance to make a real impact on early childhood development and grow in your career.
Requirements
- Licensed OT in MA
- Strong communicator & team player
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening
- Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity
- Early Intervention experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
- Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
- Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
- Mentor OT students and assistants
