About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. The academy's mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. The role involves leading ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, in-center environment, providing daily support to Behavior Technicians, developing and implementing assent-based, individualized behavior plans, engaging parents in training sessions, and maintaining high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making. Requirements

BCBA certification
Passion for early intervention
Experience in ABA therapy
Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
Skills in parent engagement and training
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making

Nice To Haves

Experience with children aged 5 and under
Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment
Experience with assent-based models

Responsibilities

Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
