The approach prioritizes clinical quality and outcomes over billables, utilizing a proprietary platform for streamlined treatment planning and data collection. The therapy model is assent-based and play-focused, blending Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment into a model centered around joyful, meaningful learning. Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Passion for early intervention
• Experience in ABA therapy
• Ability to develop and implement behavior plans

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
