About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. The academy's mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. The role emphasizes early intervention and making a significant developmental difference. The centers are purpose-built for children 5 and under, featuring low-distraction spaces, play-based learning areas, and a focus on routines and safety. The approach prioritizes clinical quality and outcomes over billables, utilizing a proprietary platform for streamlined treatment planning and data collection. The therapy model is assent-based and play-focused, blending Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment into a model centered around joyful, meaningful learning. The company promotes work-life balance with small caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams, aiming to prevent burnout. BCBAs receive layered support from Clinical Directors and a Clinical Excellence Team. Operational logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding are handled by an operations team. Career growth opportunities include mentoring, leading clinical training, and stepping into leadership roles. The company invests in professional development through CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and internal training events.
