About The Position
Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a passionate BCBA for a remote Early Intervention BCBA role. This position focuses on leading center-based ABA therapy services virtually for children aged 12 and under. The mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during critical developmental windows to ensure every child has the best chance to thrive. The virtual model offers flexibility for work-life balance, family priorities, or life transitions, providing support and tools for effectiveness and fulfillment. The role requires periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. Centria offers a proprietary CareConnect platform for seamless remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring. The approach emphasizes assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and generalization in natural environments. Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Passion for early intervention
- Experience with children aged 12 and under
- Ability to lead center-based ABA therapy services virtually

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
- Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
