About The Position

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a passionate BCBA for a remote Early Intervention BCBA role. This position focuses on leading center-based ABA therapy services virtually for children aged 12 and under. The mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during critical developmental windows to ensure every child has the best chance to thrive. The role requires periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. Centria offers a proprietary CareConnect platform for seamless remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring. The approach emphasizes assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and generalization in natural environments. Requirements

  • BCBA certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
  • Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
