About The Position
Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. The academy's mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. The role involves leading ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, in-center environment, providing daily support to Behavior Technicians, developing and implementing assent-based, individualized behavior plans, engaging parents in training sessions, and maintaining high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions. The company emphasizes early intervention, compassionate care, and the potential of its BCBAs as leaders.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Passion for early intervention
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Ability to develop and implement behavior plans
- Skills in parent engagement and training
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment
- Experience working with children aged 5 and under

Responsibilities
- Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
- Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
