About The Position
Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, provides full-time, center-based ABA therapy for children ages 5 and under. The academy's mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, ensuring every child has the best chance to thrive. As a BCaBA, you will support clients and supervise Behavior Technicians, with opportunities for mentorship to advance your career.
Requirements
- BCaBA certification
- Ability to train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Skills in developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing client data
- Experience in engaging families and conducting parent training
- Understanding of assent-based, child-centered philosophy

- Pursuing BCBA credential
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
- Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
