About The Position

Not only will you be working on-site at our fun-filled center, but you will also receive a competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $19.50 during training and then immediately up to $20.50 to $21.50 upon completion of training, based on your previous experience. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children on the autism spectrum, helping them develop necessary skills and behaviors through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching techniques.
  • Work one on one with children between the ages of one to twelve years old, providing early intervention behavioral therapy.
  • Teach learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive behaviors such as language, functional communication, play skills, pro-social behaviors, and self-help skills.
  • Implement behaviorally based clinical protocols with precision.
  • Carefully chart data and make data driven decisions.
  • Implement customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs with learners.
