About The Position

Growing Futures Early Education Center is currently hiring teachers to join our team! We are currently hiring for a Full Time Teacher to join our team to collaborate and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum for the assigned classrooms. Initial and ongoing training is provided and may be paid for by the organization. Individuals with prior experience in early childhood are encouraged to apply! Who Are We? Growing Futures Early Education Center offers Early Head Start, Head Start, and Community Child Care options for children 0-5 and their families. Requirements

High School Diploma (must be willing to obtain a CDA within 2 years of hire)
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field with a minimum of 18 credit hours in early childhood preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality early learning support and provide continuity of care to help children develop secure relationships.
Attend and participate in training, engage in coaching with your supervisor and develop plans for your own professional development.
Create home/school connections by developing effective partnerships with families.
