As an Early Head Start Teacher, you'll create a nurturing environment for children ages 0-3 by designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, providing responsive primary care for infants and toddlers, creating safe, clean, and culturally responsive learning spaces, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and Early Head Start Standards, supporting each child's unique cultural background and learning style, promoting social-emotional development and resilience, and challenging deficit-based narratives about children and families. At Reach Dane, we're reimagining early childhood education as a powerful tool for social transformation. Our commitment to equity and inclusion includes actively dismantling systemic barriers in early childhood education, intentionally building a workplace reflecting our community's rich diversity, developing culturally responsive curriculum, and implementing trauma-informed and anti-racist approaches to education and support. Join our mission to make a meaningful difference in children's and families' lives while growing your career in a supportive, values-driven environment. Reach Dane is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace. We provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities throughout the application and employment process. Please contact us to request accommodation.
