NeighborImpact’s Early Head Start program provides comprehensive early childhood education and family support services to families with children from birth to age three, as well as pregnant women. Early Head Start aims to foster school readiness and social competence, ensuring children and families receive the necessary resources and support during the critical early years. This role involves working closely with the Early Head Start teaching team to enhance students' learning and development. It includes creating a safe, engaging, and dynamic educational setting, under the guidance and direction of the EHS Teacher Advocate. This role will take charge of the classroom during the Teacher's absence and will assist in designing and conducting a range of group activities daily. This position will also observe and record child progress and assist with required program documentation.
