Responsibilities
- Supporting individual students and small groups with classroom lessons
- Assisting with enrichment, independent study, and academic support activities
- Preparing classroom materials and organizing learning resources
- Helping facilitate classroom projects, activities, and school events
- Assisting with grading and administrative classroom tasks
- Supervising students during lunch, recess, field trips, and special activities
- Building positive relationships with students and encouraging their growth
- Supporting teachers in creating a fun, structured learning environment
