Requirements
- Minimum 6 months prior experience in a licensed facility.
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
