This stipended position will be critical to communicating with families who have a child participating in Early College for SY25-26. Who We’re looking for SHS staff who have awareness of Early College or a willingness to learn about the program to make phone calls home. Additionally, staff will help organize and will attend Early College Family Orientation on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Spanish-speaking preferred. What Staff will be responsible for calling home to review Early College enrollment, expectations, and upcoming Family Orientation. Staff will help answer questions by phone and at Family Orientation. When Phone bank campaign June 2-6, 2025 & Family orientation Tuesday June 10, 2025 6:00-8:30PM How By May 28, 2025, interested candidates. will submit a letter of intent to the Early College Coordinator via email: [email protected] . Why Communication and consistent systems are key to our Early College program. Contracted services will include engagement with families to review Early College expectations and programming. This includes calling families individually and staffing for family orientation night. Deliverables Family orientation plan & attendance. Contact with every Early College family.
