About The Position
ACCESS is looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead a preschool classroom of three-year-olds. In this role, children with developmental delays and typically developing children learn and grow together. The teacher will plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and work alongside a team of therapists and specialists. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, located in Little Rock, AR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, early childhood special education, or special education.
- Classroom teaching experience with three-year-olds.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Must clear a background check.
- Must clear an adult and child maltreatment check.
- Must clear an abuse/neglect registry check before starting.

- Certification is not required.
