About The Position

Code Ninjas is seeking passionate, ambitious, dependable, and business-minded leaders to join their team as Code Senseis (Coaches/Teachers). This role focuses on the Juniors program for children aged 5-7 years old, aiming to provide a fun and safe learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for computer coding, programming, gaming, robotics, and STEM, and enjoy working with children aged 5-14. An outgoing and extroverted personality is essential for this role.

Requirements

Experience working with children aged 5+
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

Smile and engage with children, offering assistance and ensuring they have fun while learning.
Engage and connect with children as they progress through the self-paced coding curriculum.

Think on your feet and be perceptive to center dynamics, parent requests, and children's needs.
