Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Previous experience teaching young children
• A valid driver’s license
• Current auto liability insurance and vehicle registration
• A clean driving record
• The physical ability to drive to locations throughout Arkansas

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and effectively with students, families, and team members
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Analyze student data and academic assessments to support individualized learning
• Collaborate with a team to design and implement individualized behavior plans
• Identify developmental gaps and create meaningful learning goals
• Plan and deliver instruction that is engaging, supportive, and encouraging for young learners
