About The Position

This paraeducator position is in an early childhood, self-contained special education classroom. The role involves working closely with the Principal, Director, and ECSE Teacher to support students with IEPs. The classroom operates with a maximum of 12 students, divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom preparation, Medicaid billing, general classroom cleaning and support, and providing direct student care such as diapering and self-care services. The ideal candidate will find joy in working with students who have the highest needs.

Requirements

• Experience working with high-need students.
