As a Soccer Stars coach you'll play a key role in positively impacting children within our community. Beyond introducing soccer skills, you'll nurture self-confidence, encourage growth, and create small moments that make a big impact - both on and off the field.

Requirements

• Fun, friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable in a childcare and pre-school environment.
• Genuinely love being around children.
• Confident in your ability to teach games and skills in a fun and energetic manner.
• Must be located in central/south Orange County, California.

Nice To Haves

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) units a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist classes in a structured environment for children 1-7+ years old.
• Adapt to varying ages and abilities.
• Teach games and skills in a fun and energetic manner.
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• Be open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey.
• Be open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
