About The Position

Soccer Shots New Orleans is seeking an energetic, positive, and passionate Children’s Enrichment Instructor to join their team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional aiming to build a meaningful career in early childhood development, coaching, and leadership. The position involves creating fun and memorable experiences for children aged 18 months to 8 years old through Soccer Shots sessions held at schools and parks across the Greater New Orleans area. The company is looking for individuals who want to make a difference daily, enjoy their work, and are eager to grow as leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children ages 18 months–8 years old (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, recreation, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No Sports Experience Required!

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-35 Soccer Shots sessions each week for children ages 18 months–8 years old at schools and parks throughout the Greater New Orleans area.
• Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where every child feels successful.
• Deliver the Soccer Shots curriculum with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and school partners.
• Work alongside the Executive Director and Coaching Support team.
• Assist with daily team needs.
• Use tools like Connecteam and Monday.com to stay organized and support team success.
